Waterloo St Apartments by Urban Rest

*TRY TO AVOID* During our month-long stay, water leaked from the roof the whole time. We reported it to the team straight away, but it was never fixed, so we had to put buckets around the kitchen and mop the floor every day. The front door and keys also didn’t work properly, and we were locked out multiple times, including during the night on New Year’s Eve. No locksmith was called and we weren’t given a working set of keys. We eventually went to the head office ourselves because we couldn’t get a response about being locked out. The apartment was dirty when we arrived, and we even found a pair of boxers on the floor. We had to deep clean it ourselves and rewash all the dishes. On top of everything, we were offered a small refund for the problems during the stay, but never received it.
