Zara Tower Hotel

The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The gym was well equipped, and Central station was close by, making it easy to get to the airport and other transport, with Coles also within walking distance. We were upgraded to a three-bedroom place, which gave our group of five plenty of room. It had lovely furnishings, a modern design, and facilities that worked well for a family. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We'd definitely stay at Zara Tower again.

The room was huge, and the bed felt just right. They even have a pillow library, so you can find one that suits you. We stayed three nights and got fresh towels and a made-up bed each day. The staff were lovely too. We usually choose somewhere nearer Circular Quay, but this stay at Zara may have changed our minds. It's closer to Broadway and the Central end of the CBD. We were in the 'Luxury Soho Suite' listed on their website, furnished in a tasteful Soho converted warehouse style. The kitchen was fully equipped, though we didn't cook since restaurants and pub meals were so close. Loved the place.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Our luxury SoHo Suite was more like a spacious apartment, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The service from the staff was top notch. We hired a car to see places outside Sydney, but onsite parking was expensive at AUD $60 per day. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived very early, though the fitness center had a shower that helped us freshen up after the flight from the US. The fitness center itself felt dark and depressing, but had the equipment needed for a workout. We were within a mile's walk of major sights including the Opera House, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour and Barangaroo, and there were lots of restaurants nearby. Great place.

We liked the in-room tech, especially the automatic curtains. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and the location worked really well, close to train stations and within walking distance of many of the sights on our list. We stayed three nights and would book here again.
