The hot water system sits in the garage directly under the upstairs floor, which made that area feel like a sauna. The rooms upstairs got really hot because the aircon wasn't working, so we had to sleep on the couches. We enjoyed the stay otherwise.

The house is in a fabulous location, but it wasn't clean when we arrived and had missing and broken fittings. There was no guide book, and the letting agent wasn't helpful. It could be a great place if the owner changed agencies. Otherwise, avoid.
