The bathrooms and showers were good, and the pool was a highlight. It was shallow enough to stand in but deep enough for a proper swim, so my friends and I spent hours there. The reception lady was always kind and lovely. We booked a couple of waterfront campsites for a few days, right beside Tuggerah Lake, and the view was even more stunning than I'd imagined. North Entrance Beach is an incredible two-minute walk away on the other side. The village was peaceful, and our neighbours, families and groups were all lovely. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend staying here.

We had five cabins between us for a family trip, and the views across the inlet made sitting on the verandas each day a real pleasure. Some cabins were clearly more recently renovated and lovely, while others were still quite dated. I'm assuming those will be renovated soon too. The camp kitchen was modern and tidy, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The dogs could watch the many ducks and pelicans from the balcony, which had a gate. We stayed in an amazing, recently renovated pet-friendly cabin with beautiful lake views and everything we needed, plus more. The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again for a lovely holiday!

I really liked waking up to the water view, and the cabin had everything we needed. The pet gate was super helpful too, since it kept my toddler from escaping toward the water. The cabin, waterfront villa 11, was new and super clean, with a lovely view and very modern kitchen and toilet. I stayed over New Year's Eve. The reception staff ladies were super friendly and nice to me, which I appreciated. What I didn't like was having people in tents set up directly beside my cabin, about 1 metre away, with the same view. They were noisy, playing music and burning wood with plastics and cardboard. The smell was really bad, filled the cabin especially at night, and made my throat itch. It didn't feel right to pay for an expensive cabin with a water view while dealing with that.

The views across the lake are lovely, and the staff were lovely too, but the place seems badly run and not thought through for guests. There was no hot water Friday night or in the showers the next day. WIFI never works past the end cabin, and I needed it for work. The ladies' bathroom soap containers were empty, staff were only there from 10am, and paper towels in the kitchen needed replenishing. Housekeeping should restock the soap and towels, and provide something to clean the BBQs with. Many cabins had mould on the outside. The humidity was horrific, and the lake stench was awful. I have never smelled a lake with so much hydrogen sulphide. Runoff and rotting vegetation on the foreshore made it pretty noxious. People can moor their tinnies by the cabins, and there was a lot of oil around the water's edge of the campsite, so swimming there wasn't possible. The place looks smashing on paper, but it needs a new hot water system and a WIFI upgrade.
