Snowstream 8

The bathroom was fantastic, and the gas fireplace and lock-up garage were welcome extras. Rooms are a good size with pleasant decor and big windows that take in the view. It's an easy walk to the Friday Flat ski lifts and the leisure centre.

The Lantern admin team kindly found and posted some things we'd left behind. We'll plan to return to Snowstream 3, where I recently had an enjoyable stay. It's well suited to bikes, near the Gunbarrel lift, with a good-sized garage for secure storage and bike setup, plus a useful drying cupboard. Inside, it had almost everything we needed, including Wi-Fi and cosy underfloor heating. The website doesn't show the high ceilings or the large mountain-facing windows. An outdoor entertaining area was the main thing missing, and another frying pan would've been useful.

Close to Friday Flat and the Fitness centre, this modern apartment has three bedrooms spread over three levels, a large living room, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a lock-up garage, drying room, laundry, small kitchen, and a balcony with a BBQ.

We stayed in number 8, right near Friday flats. It's well set up and arranged, but a letdown that Wi-Fi isn't included.
