Kingfisher Caravan Park

Everything was immaculate and quiet, and it's within walking distance of the marina and local amenities. We had a fantastic night out at the fish and chip shop, where a local band played popular and rock music and invited the public to join in. It was free, and you could bring your own music and drinks. I don't know how often they do it, but it was a lovely surprise and made for a memorable night.

We stayed four nights, three on a site and one in a cabin, and would definitely come back. The manager was very accommodating when we moved into the cabin, letting us avoid packing straight away at checkout in the heat. The amenities were very clean, and the location was perfect, right across from the water and close to everything. Great prices too. Dave and Lin

This is a simple, low key caravan park without things like jumping pillows or a games room for kids. What it does have is tidy, well kept powered sites with grass, clean bathrooms and really reasonable prices. We stayed two nights and I'd happily return.

The cabin was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Ours was right by the road, but this quiet town has so little traffic noise that it wasn't a problem, and it felt more like private accommodation than a caravan park. The kitchen had enough utensils for basic meals, and I loved the induction cooktop and big electric frypan. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's an easy walk to dolphin feeding, and a gentle foreshore path goes around town.
