The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We had medical appointments, and being able to check in early and leave later without any hassle made a stressful time easier. Both rooms we booked were spacious and very clean, and they’d turned the air con on before we arrived on a 34 degree day, which was so thoughtful. This was our second stay, and we’ll keep coming back on future visits to Toowoomba.

The room had everything I needed, from a microwave and kettle to plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable, the shower had strong hot water, and there was air conditioning and a big smart TV. Great location and service. I'd recommend it.

The staff were friendly and the location was ideal, but the room felt cramped. We were offered a room with three beds, and there was barely space for two people, with no drawers or shelves for our things. The tap needed maintenance too. It felt more like a guest house than a motor inn room.

I slept so well in that comfortable bed. The room was pleasant and everything was comfortable, though the bathroom looked a little dated. We had a great stay and will make it longer next time.
