Silver Sands Apartments

We stayed for seven weeks because our employer provided the apartment, and we would have checked out if we’d had the choice. It was never serviced during that time. Lesley said it wasn’t a serviced apartment, but every other unserviced apartment we’ve stayed in has been cleaned once a week when guests turn over. The apartment was dated and not properly clean. The floor felt dirty, dusty, and musty, and the furniture was uncomfortable. The manager was rude and demeaning, talking to me like I was four years old and nagging whenever I saw her. She seemed to hate her job, whined about minor issues, and was lazy. I doubt she would have cleaned the apartment for the next guest. They kept my $100 deposit, claiming I hadn’t left the place spotless. I swept, washed everything, tidied up, and put things neatly in the cupboard. It was as clean, if not cleaner, than when we arrived. The manager had the gall to take the money anyway. I found her a thief. Do not stay here under any circumstances. :(
