Another good stop on my work trip. The rooms are great, clean, and free of fragrance, with good showers and a comfortable bed. They’ve added plenty of power sockets for all my tech, too. Thanks, Pigeon House.

We were there because of an emergency, which made the disappointing experience especially difficult. An accidental double booking was charged in full, with no flexibility offered given the circumstances. More troubling, prescribed medication and essential disability supplies we left in the room were reported missing straight away, but weren’t returned. Honesty and basic care matter when guests are vulnerable, and we didn’t get that here. I wouldn’t stay again.

Our room at Pigeon House was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the tea, coffee, and biscuits were a welcome snack. Dennis helped my partner John park our camper trailer, and after a tiring trip, his delightful greeting really lifted our spirits. We’ve travelled extensively and that was one of the best welcomes we’ve had. This Motor Inn was great, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the area. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

The host was welcoming, and it was handy to have off street parking. The location is great, with most attractions an easy walk away, and our room was clean and well equipped. I’ll definitely stay again.
