Parking right in front of the room made things very convenient. Eight Spence is a well-kept place in Warrnambool, with freshly renovated rooms that were extremely clean and had excellent beds for a good night’s sleep. We can highly recommend it.

The location puts you right in the middle of everything, and the hotel was very affordable. Our room was cosy and really nice. Nola, I believe that was her name, was lovely when we spoke by phone, and the staff made our late check-in easy. I’d definitely stay here again.

We urgently needed somewhere to stay at 1am, and the couple went out of their way to help us find a safe place for the night. The room was spotlessly clean and reasonably priced, with large, incredibly comfortable beds. It’s a small family-run business.

For the price, this place is really, really nice. The owners are lovely, and the location is nice too. The rooms feel fairly modern and are well maintained, and everything was very clean.
