The staff were polite and quick to respond, and the location is central. The room was clean, though there were loud noises from above, like someone walking on the roof. Traffic noise is noticeable because of the location, but tolerable. The toilet didn't seem to flush properly, and parking can be a challenge since there aren't enough spaces for the number of rooms. There's a pool. Breakfast is very basic, with instant coffee and only a small selection of other items. For the price, it's good value if you want a centrally located, no-frills place.

The room was clean, tidy and well maintained, and everything felt organised and straightforward. It was a comfortable place to rest. It was smaller than the photos led us to expect, though, and noise bothered us at times. A decent, clean and well kept option in Warrnambool, but the size and possible noise may matter if you're a light sleeper.

The room was in excellent condition, despite first appearances being deceiving. The king bed was very comfortable, and the large bathroom had a great shower with plenty of hot water. The complimentary continental breakfast was enough to get the morning started.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfy, and the staff friendly. There's barely any sound insulation, though. You can clearly hear people walking or talking right outside your room, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The room was classy, with a lovely black and marble design, and the place was very clean. Big fluffy white towels, a hairdryer, a comfortable bed and a light breakfast were all included. I also liked that the TV volume could be heard without being so loud that you ended up listening to the next door room's show. From my first call through check-in, the receptionist, I think her name was Veronica, was customer service personified. Nothing was too much trouble. It felt five star at a three star price. Highly recommended.
