The staff were super friendly, helpful, and professional, and the hotel is close to the town centre with lots of restaurants and bars. I stayed for a few days in an executive one-bedroom apartment. It was spacious, bright, and airy, furnished in a modern style, and immaculately clean. It had all the facilities I could want, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and would happily return.

Our Golf Tour Group of eleven from Adelaide stayed for two nights over a December long weekend. Quest staff were excellent during the planning, and check-in was handled quickly by three friendly staff members. The standard rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities. They also gave us great suggestions for places to eat and drink. If you’re heading to Warrnambool, I highly recommend this place. They have a great team looking after guests.

The towels were wonderfully plush and fluffy, and both reception staff were super nice.

It’s easy to walk from the hotel to cafes, bars, and restaurants, and there’s onsite parking and a pool. The rooms are on the small side, but comfortable and clean. There’s no lift, so you’ll need to use the stairs, though you can ask for a ground-floor room if stairs are a problem. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Genevieve was especially thoughtful and helpful with what my family needed. We had a nice stay here, and it was a good start to our holiday.
