The pool was right outside our room, so our son had a blast swimming first thing in the morning and again in the afternoon. My mum could walk across to the club for food with him, and there was a playground for him too. There’s also putt putt just up the road, some nice fishing spots, and it’s not far from either Kiama or Wollongong. We stumbled on this place while looking for somewhere to stay for a wedding, after striking out in Kiama and Wollongong. It’s probably not somewhere we’d normally choose, but we were pleased with it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with very comfy beds. We were travelling with my mum and my son, and the layout, one king-size room and a bunk bed, worked perfectly for all of us. The only small issue was the club music being quite loud at night. We could hear it in the room, but it wasn’t too bad. If you want somewhere peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, this is a good choice.

The room was clean and tidy, and the pool was right outside. It’s a near-new hotel and the accommodation can fit six, though there isn’t enough seating for everyone. Being attached to Club Wingdang was great for good-value dining.

The rooms were super clean, and it’s only a three-minute walk to the beach. There are several great food options next door at the Bowlo, and you can play the pokies too. Thanks again for the hospitality and the great treatment during our stay. This place is the best!

The Resort on Cedar was new, tidy, and well equipped, including a big-screen TV. The pool is just steps away, and Club Windang is attached, so there are food options handy. For support or service, there’s a useful QR-code app linked to a WhatsApp chat. We had an awesome stay and would consider coming back to the area.

Alexandria, the hotel manager, is amazing in every way. We had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem, with accommodation that was very clean, modern, and spacious. It’s also convenient for Wollongong, just a short, easy drive away. Highly recommended!
