Woolgoolga Beach Holiday Park

The cabin had everything I needed for a short, pleasant stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s easy to get to the beach, with shops, cafes, restaurants and the lookout all within walking distance. Great location.

We went just before Christmas and there were still a few empty sites, though there were plenty of families staying through Christmas and beyond. I imagine the park gets very busy over the summer school holidays. It’s well laid out, with roads, grass and sites on artificial grass matting or concrete pads. The playground is next door and the shops are a very short walk away. Overnight was expensive, though I guess that’s the location. The older amenities block did the job. It’s a good caravan park basically right on the beach.

We had an enjoyable stay on a powered site and will definitely return. The park is clean and close to both town and the beach. The amenities are a little old, but kept very clean and looked after. Reception was great, with a smile when we arrived and helpful staff.

It’s a nice, quiet park in a good spot for walking everywhere. Our child was the only one there, and most of the other guests were very old, though perhaps that helped keep things peaceful. There’s a public playground just outside. The camp kitchen was squashy, and a group of Hash House Harriers were rude and made it clear they didn’t want us barbecuing near them. Hopefully they book a private bnb next time.
