We traveled with four other couples, and the 1-3 bedroom condos with 1-2 bathrooms worked well for our mix of couples and families. After long days at the beach, the beds were incredibly comfortable. The condos had what we needed for cooking and laundry, and the pool area was peaceful, well kept, and uncrowded. There’s also a gym for anyone wanting to work out on vacation. You’ll need a car to see the island, though the hotel strip and several excellent restaurants are only a 3-5 minute drive away. Aruba's Life is a charming getaway off the beaten path, and a lovely place to relax on a budget.

The location was almost perfect, and the place was clean and felt safe. We booked through Marriott Homes & Villas Marriott Bonvoy and were very happy with the stay. We’ll definitely come back.

On the day we were due to check in, they switched our booking to a lower-quality property in a different location. When we didn’t want to accept it, they left us stranded. I later saw a similar Expedia review from around the same time saying the reservation had been canceled without notice. I wish we’d known. It cost us a lot and made the trip much less enjoyable.

The rooms were spacious for the price, quiet, and had comfortable beds. There’s a gated lot for rental cars, and the hotel is only a five-minute drive from the main tourist area. You can also walk about 45 minutes to the bars and downtown. Great value, and I’d definitely return. The cats wandering around the hotel were a nice bonus.

You’ll need a car here. The property is centrally located, with gated parking, and it’s a short drive to the beach and other attractions. Cafe 080, one of our favorite places to eat, is an eight-minute walk away. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the place was clean. Room 309 had plenty of space, with a bedroom upstairs, living room downstairs, bathrooms on both floors, and storage in the entry hall. There was a nice TV in the bedroom. Amenities were good, and the sand tennis was fun. For happy hour, go to Nois Clubhouse at Eagle Beach.
