Maya was always available to help with questions, and folding beach chairs were there for us to use. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, and very good value. It had air conditioning, a fridge, kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher, and an iron and steamer. A beautiful place in a good location. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aruba!

We spent nearly a month at Kaikushi and would happily stay again next year. The suites were well stocked, the bedding was clean, soft, and comfortable, and the pool and patio were very clean too. It felt like a home away from home in this brand new complex, with immaculate housekeeping, safe parking, and a neighborhood close to everything.

We chose Kaikushi after doing our usual research, and I'm so glad we took a chance on it. The place was beautiful and quaint, and the whole property exceeded what I expected. The pool area was lovely, and inside our apartment everything was so nicely done, from the kitchen and living room to the huge bathrooms. There was also a big patio you could reach through either of two doors, and the beds and pillows were top notch. Our host was wonderful to communicate with, answered quickly, and helped us with so much. We were thrilled with our first Air B&B stay in Aruba. If you'd rather stay away from the resort bustle, I highly recommend this place. 10/10.

We spent our honeymoon here and had no regrets. The host was timely, the space was clean, and the location was incredible, tucked between Palm and Eagle Beach. Highly recommend this beautiful little haven!

Everything was new, and the residence was very clean. The host was quick to respond and helpful, and we loved having the beach chairs provided at no charge. It's close to Noord's centre, though getting there takes a five-minute drive. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.
