Ocean Z Boutique Hotel

Ocean Z has become a really special place for us. We first came for our one-year dating anniversary, then returned for our honeymoon, and both stays felt magical. After a large all-inclusive resort on the main hotel strip, this intimate, calming place felt like another world. The design is beautiful, the food is exceptional, dinner comes with live music, and the service feels personal. The thoughtful details and special treatment stood out both times. I missed Leoncita from our first visit, she was unforgettable, but this time we had an equally kind team. Thank you to Eva, Vanessa, the main chef, and especially Maria, who went above and beyond and seemed to anticipate needs we hadn't even thought of. Our suite was beautifully decorated, with chocolates and champagne, and they arranged a car rental recommendation, a cooler with ice, a beach bag, and a reusable bottle for our outings. To the wonderful ladies at Ocean Z, you rock. Maria, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making the honeymoon even more special. Blessings to you, your loved ones, and the whole Ocean Z team for creating such a serene, private, high-quality haven for people who appreciate a luxury boutique stay.

Maria is a real gem, and her warmth, attention to detail, and care made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We came because my partner had loved a previous stay, and now I see why. We’ll absolutely return as long as Maria is here. The rooms were immaculate, and the whole place felt peaceful and well cared for. The design is clean, modern, calming, and thoughtful, with an intimate boutique feel that was a refreshing change from crowded mega-resorts. We also appreciated that there weren’t any kids during our stay, which made it extra quiet. The location and atmosphere were part of what drew us in, but the personal care made this family trip to Aruba unforgettable. If you want somewhere relaxing and personal, highly recommend. 10/10.

The water is just across the street and easy to reach for a swim, though you may have to walk a bit to find a beach to lie out on. The hotel’s restaurant is worth trying, with fresh dishes and impeccable service. Downtown isn’t nearby, but getting there is easy. I’d suggest having a car, although there’s a bus stop across the street if you need it. We’ve just wrapped up a week in Aruba, and I’m so glad we chose OceanZ Hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the service made the trip memorable. It’s a quiet, laid-back place with only 13 rooms, very low-key. I’d highly recommend staying here for that kind of experience.

The tuna tartare was a wonderful start to an amazing meal of signature dishes. We also loved the salmon and the perfectly cooked filet mignon, served on a hot stone so it stayed at just the right temperature. Frozen key lime pie and crème brûlée made a fabulous finish. It was among the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. We’re the Jordan's, and our reservation was at 8pm. Ms. Eva, we can’t wait to try the restaurant you recommended. Our server, Ms.Dayling, was professional, clear, and helpful with the wine selection. A 10 out of 10, we couldn’t have been happier to dine here.
