The staff were amazing and quick to respond, and the location is good. Everything we needed was provided except beach umbrellas. The small pool was well kept and never busy. I really wanted to give five stars, but the smell and hot water issues held me back. Both bathrooms smelled like sewage. I emailed, and they quickly replaced something in one drain, which got rid of the smell. A few days later the other bathroom started smelling, and they came right away again. Our unit's tankless heater sometimes showed an error, leaving our group of five without hot water. Each time I contacted them, they replied immediately and someone arrived within an hour to fix it. This happened several times. The rooftop deck was a nice addition, though it smelled of dog urine. I'm very happy with the company, but still undecided about the location.
