I had a wonderful week here. The place was so well supplied, with beach chairs and towels, snorkeling gear, aqua noodles, and more, which made things really convenient. When the beach got too hot in the afternoon, I loved relaxing by the pool. Rik and Karen are fantastic hosts. I highly recommend it for a comfortable, homey stay.
We found the community courtyard and pool a welcoming place, with guests from all over sharing the outdoor space. The units were very clean, and the hosts and their pets made us feel invited. Everything we needed was nearby, and the amenities were just as described. I asked plenty of questions, and Rik and Karen responded quickly and helped whenever needed. When I got lost my first night and locked myself out another time, Rik was prompt about making sure I was taken care of. The hosts were friendly and full of useful information. I bet you’ll want to come back too. Thanks for having us!
Having beach chairs, snorkel gear, and bikes available on site made our trip. My husband and I biked everywhere because the location was ideal, and the A/C and comfortable bed were welcome after long days in the sun. We also enjoyed the shared dining and pool space with the other guests. Rik and Karen were so helpful, even picking us up and dropping us at the airport, and Rik’s local suggestions helped us make great plans. Choosing their place for most of our Aruba trip instead of a hotel was our best decision. We had the best time and will be back. Thanks, Rik and Karen!
The apartment at Stone Throw Boutique Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet, in a great spot close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarket. Rik and Karen were always happy to help, and supplied beach chairs, towels, bikes, and snorkeling gear. Rik also picked us up from the airport and told us about the island, places to eat, beaches, grocery stores, and things to see on the way. My wife and I visited in November for our first time in Aruba. We highly recommend it and have already booked for 2025. Roman and Iryna.
