The beach staff made our time by the water easy and relaxing, always making sure we had a chaise lounge. Ramphes, Sebastian, and Precilla deserve a special mention for being attentive, kind, and responsive. They went above and beyond to keep everything comfortable and seamless, and their genuine care made a real difference. Everyone at Wyndham Tryp Hotel was welcoming and professional. I highly recommend it and am grateful for the excellent service from the whole team.

The Tryp was a great choice for our first trip to Aruba. It's adults-only, close to lots of food and the beach, and the price was good. Pool happy hour runs for 2 hours every day. The pool got busy a few times, but it was all adults, no kids. Staff were friendly, funny, and always up for a chat. When they cleaned our room, they left champagne for my wife's birthday, even though we hadn't told them it was her birthday. Our room was clean, the bed was nice, and the air conditioning was cold. I'd recommend this for anyone who doesn't want to spend $500 a night and is okay with a 4 minute walk to the beach. We'd most likely stay here again.

Ashanti at the front desk was patient, kind, and did her best to help us, which made a real difference. After we asked for assistance, she moved us from a cramped first-floor room to one on the second floor. That room was noticeably cleaner and had a street view, though the windows still didn't open. Our first room had no privacy: the windows looked straight into the breakfast area where people were sitting. The hallway and general surroundings also seemed unclean. Breakfast was good, but it's not a buffet and you can choose only one menu item, so options and flexibility are limited. We had an early tour and asked politely whether we could arrange something before breakfast starts at 8:00 am, or take something with us. The staff member helping us was attentive, but the supervisor was very unfriendly and arrogant. It left us feeling management wasn't flexible or focused on customer care. The central Palm Beach location is convenient. The rest of our stay was fine, but the room issues and that interaction left us disappointed. We expected much better.

What we'll remember most about TRYP by Wyndham is the staff. From day one, everyone was warm and welcoming, and it never felt forced. They were genuinely kind, quick to help whenever we needed anything, and did it with a smile. The hotel itself was good, with clean rooms and a good location. No complaints there. We'd definitely stay again because of the people.
