The staff's friendly service made the stay even better. They greeted us smiling, and a couple of times stopped what they were doing to show us how to get somewhere. Before we arrived, I asked the hotel for help finding a rental car since the usual international companies had none available. Bryan Ras, Guest Relations Officer, quickly suggested a local company with a Jeep available. We could walk to Palm Beach, but having the car let us explore on our own schedule, including grocery shopping, other beaches, Arikok National Park, Donkey Sanctuary, and Gold Mine ruins. Our ground floor room had plenty of space, modern conveniences including a fridge, and a small porch. It was away from the pool, bar, and restaurant, so a little quieter, though music stopped at 10:00pm anyway. Gloria, our excellent housekeeper, cleaned it every day. The grounds, pool, and public areas were beautiful, well-kept, and clean. Breakfast was a varied buffet of hot and cold options. Elvie was attentive and friendly, making sure we had enough coffee. Meal and alcohol prices seemed reasonable for a “hotel,” and we enjoyed free appetizers at Happy Hour. We could also do our own laundry, with coins available for purchase at the Front Desk. We much preferred this two-story, less crowded hotel to the huge nearby high-rises. We had an excellent stay.

The kids loved the well-equipped kids’ cave, where talented, professional staff kept them busy with art and craft activities and entertainment. We were a family of five with three children and spent seven nights having a very relaxed holiday. The low-rise layout is beautiful and child-friendly, with palm trees throughout. Palm beach is a ten-minute walk, and the hotel also has shuttles every few minutes. There’s a heated pool for all-day play or lounging by the poolside bar. Definitely recommend!

Miguel stood out with his bright smile and warm welcome, making every morning a great start. Marvin Leonidas led a lively, knowledgeable front desk team that was consistently helpful. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks, and the service throughout felt on a par with, or better than, the nearby luxury resorts. The saltwater pool stayed at just the right temperature and always had fresh towels. Breakfast was a daily highlight, especially the spot-on fresh omelets, and nightly entertainment was a great end to the evenings. Coming back felt like returning to family who knew us by name. A terrific choice for an Aruba getaway.

We stayed six nights and would definitely return. The resort was just the right size for us, not too large, and it was easy to get from our room to the pool, restaurant, spa, bars, and parking. Our room was cleaned every day, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The beach and strip were a two-to-five-minute walk, with a shuttle to the beach readily available.

Mr. Jose was always attentive, helping with our luggage and sharing recommendations. The staff were friendly and respectful, and breakfast had an excellent range of choices. My daughters had a great time, and we had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful hotel. The pools were lovely, highly recommended!
