Embassy Suites By Hilton Aruba Beach Resort

We liked how easy it was to walk to restaurants, about 15 minutes away, and felt safe in the populated area. Our three-year-old managed the walk to town and the beach without trouble. The hotel worked well for five people, and the pool was uncrowded with chairs usually available. Towels and pool toys are at the hut. Across the street, there’s a decent beach with complimentary palapas and chairs, plus jet skis for rent. They also have lightweight chairs you can carry to the beach. Eagle Beach is about a 15-minute walk along wide sidewalks, and taxis don’t tend to take short trips here. Breakfast had lots of choices and the reception drinks were good, although the line can get long. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was the low point: service was poor, some food came cold, and the meal took two hours from start to finish. We’d eat downtown instead. We’d recommend the hotel and come back.

The gym felt small for a hotel this size and could use more equipment, and breakfast could be better too. Still, I had a very positive stay. The room was spacious and modern, the lobby had a pleasant feel, and everyone was extremely friendly, including the casino staff. I also really liked the pool.

Breakfast was a big plus, with long hours, lots of gluten-free choices and a separate gluten-free bread station. The happy hour included two drink tickets per person, and it was fun seeing people before they headed out for the evening. We loved our honeymoon stay in December 2025 and would absolutely return. The walking path nearby connects toward Eagle or Palm beach, the grounds were well cared for, and the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. Lots of guests were regulars who knew the staff well. Our room was gorgeous with a huge balcony, though the bed was a bit hard. I did wish the hotel had acknowledged our honeymoon with something special. We didn’t need anything, but since we spent a couple thousand dollars choosing Embassy Suites over other places, it would’ve been a thoughtful gesture. We loved Aruba, our first time visiting the Caribbean islands.

The room was spotless and comfortable, with air conditioning that worked perfectly in Aruba’s climate. Housekeeping came promptly and kept it fresh each day. The hotel also upgraded me from a less appealing back-of-property view to an oceanfront room, which made the trip much more memorable. Pool and beach staff were attentive without hovering, and there were plenty of palapas. From arrival onward, front desk and concierge service was friendly, professional and accommodating. Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort delivered a relaxing beachfront stay with excellent hospitality and comfort. I highly recommend it.
