NO HOT WATER!!!! That alone made the stay feel like camping, except with a bed and toilet. The listing doesn’t say there’s no hot water, and it gives the impression the place is on the water, when it’s actually across the street. It also doesn’t mention that the unit isn’t fully separate from the others. When the power went out, or when we asked for fresh towels and bedding, the online host took hours to respond. We weren’t given arrival or Wi-Fi details either. Jon was very nice when he greeted us, but basically just showed us around and handed over the key. The listed address also wasn’t accurate enough for locals to find us easily, which could be a problem if you need help, like with a flat tire. Glad we didn’t order groceries ahead of time, since the fridge is literally a mini fridge.

We had a great time, and John was an amazing, helpful host. The place is right by the sea, with just a small street to cross.
