I booked a family room and found the stay okay overall, but getting around was difficult because it’s far from the center and taxis are expensive. The staff weren’t comfortable speaking English, which caused me a lot of trouble. I’d also requested a free cot, but they said they didn’t have one, so I bought an extra single bed for our two-year-old.

They said the hotel was full when I arrived, even though I’d booked through Booking.com and paid for a non-refundable reservation. I then had to pay for transport and a replacement hotel, which cost more. A few days later, they changed the reservation date through Booking and charged me again. This feels like a common scam, so be careful.

This is a truck stop outside town, with no transport nearby. The internet connection was a problem, breakfast options were limited, and the mattresses were old and worn. I wouldn’t suggest it for families. It might suit a lone trucker who just wants to spend the night.

This was one of my worst hotel experiences. It seemed shady to me, and I wonder if anyone can report the place to the authorities.

They called to ask for extra money to bring my luggage up to my room. Also, they only take cash everywhere.
