Olive Garden Aquapark Hotel

The service was really poor. I stayed five days, but breakfast arrived only once. On the second day I reminded them, and it came very late. For the next three days, nothing. They never changed the bedsheet during the whole stay, and no one answered when I called. The reception was empty. On my last day there was no water in the washroom, so I had to go to the airport without showering. I can’t recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Olive Garden Baku. It was quiet and clean, without any bad smells, and the staff were polite, professional, and helpful. The sea view was especially calming. The beach nearby was clean and peaceful, and swimming there was great, though you do have to cross a main highway to get to the beach and nearby restaurants. There’s also a supermarket close by. The Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast, and the receptionist gave us a warm welcome. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baku.

The rooms felt eerie at night and weren’t clean. They also lack basic amenities, and there wasn’t even water in the room. The hotel is understaffed, and they didn’t give us the suite we’d booked for the first night. I’d never recommend this place.

This place felt like a jail, always dark inside, with broken things and nothing working. It’s old, smelly, and noisy, easily the worst place I’ve stayed. They keep telling new guests there’s a hot water problem, but I believe the real reason is that they don’t want to spend money on electricity. The workers were nice and tried to help, but they probably couldn’t do much because of the owners. I don’t think this place deserves to be called a hostel. A horrible nightmare!
