We rushed home the next day because we needed sleep and rest. There was heavy construction near the rooms, with trucks working around the clock, so it was noisy day and night. We couldn't sleep, and there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. It took six hours to fill the jacuzzi with cold water, since hot water wasn't available, and it didn't work or circulate the water. The ladder to the second floor was unsafe for kids and even difficult for adults to climb while keeping their balance.

We had a lovely time here with the kids. If you've got little ones, you know it can be a challenge. The amusement park was our favorite of the attractions on site.

It's beautiful and peaceful here, and I didn't find any other downsides. Some staff don't speak Russian, so explaining what you need can be tricky, but everyone at reception could help. The restaurants serve tasty food, though their cuisines vary a lot. I also discovered go-karting here.
