It felt like an ordinary 2-3 star hotel, nothing more. The breakfast was a big disappointment, with hardly any options. The bathroom fittings were old, and the hotel clearly hasn’t had much maintenance. Cleanliness needs more attention too.

The hotel is close to Qabala hospital if you need medical services, though they aren’t available inside. Nohur Hotel is in a peaceful, green area near beautiful Nohur Lake, a lovely setting for families. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff showed great care and hospitality. We had a very good stay.

The location was good, but nearby amusements were very expensive. I stayed two nights, checking in on 29th and leaving on 31st December, and was disappointed with the experience. Staff exchanged comments about guests among themselves, and their behavior toward guests was poor. The rooms weren’t clean, and the internet was terrible. For the New Year demand, they tripled the room price, which wasn’t worth it. Restaurant food was poor quality and expensive. Breakfast was the same limited items every day, with no fruit or juice. It felt like breakfast was only included in name. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied.

Gabala is a beautiful, peaceful place to relax, surrounded by amazing nature, and the hotel’s atmosphere was outstanding. Everything was organized professionally from our arrival. Elcin and Nazli deserve special thanks for their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. They made sure we had everything we needed and kept our stay smooth and comfortable. The hotel was clean and the service was excellent. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return!
