Peaceful and relaxing, with lovely mountain views. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service was really great, and the people were very pleasant to us. Our room was very big, with a great view from the shared balcony. The AC was difficult to get working, though, and we couldn't lock either the balcony door or the main room door.

We were disappointed this time at Qafqaz Tufandag hotel. We first stayed there in 2020 and had a great experience, including a very tasty breakfast, but our expectations weren't met on this visit. The sauna had lots of tubs that needed repairs, and our room's shower did too. Management, please take care of this beautiful hotel. It doesn't deserve to be kept this way. All the best.

The place is beautiful and clean, but the service was very bad, especially in the evening and at night. We arrived in the evening and asked for a baby cot many times, but it didn't arrive until well after midnight. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable too. This doesn't deserve a 5 star rating.

The hot water and TV both weren't working. I reported the problems several times during the hour after check-in, but nobody came to fix them or even followed up. Only after I complained and decided to leave did they offer another room as an “upgrade,” which was unacceptable after that service. My stay at Qafqaz Tufandag – Gabala was extremely disappointing. Mr. Zakir (Front Desk Manager) and the reception staff were especially unprofessional. I don't recommend this hotel at all. I work in a tourism company and will advise my clients not to stay here.
