Check-in went well and the staff were helpful then, but once we'd paid and settled into the awful rooms, they ignored us. They'd said tea and coffee were available until 2 AM, yet when we arrived at 11 PM the lights were off and there was no staff around. When we tried to stand up for ourselves, they called the police and tried to evict us. It was a terrible, tense, and stressful experience.

We were really pleased with the comfortable, clean rooms and felt the price was fair for the quality. There are double rooms as well as family cottages for 4-5 guests, and breakfast is included. Breakfast had mountain honey, tasty gaymag, cheese, and a small eye of a farm egg. We enjoyed it all.

My family and I had a conflict with management throughout the evening. There was no service and no respect for customers, making it one of the worst places we've ever been. Don't fall for the fake reviews, it's all lies. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

Everything was great apart from the billing. I arrived at 12 last night and was checked out at 12 this afternoon, but they charged me for two days, counting from 12 last night until 12 this evening. The receptionist, Muhammad, charged 200 AZN per day.
