Saat Meydani Hotel

The rooms themselves are very spacious and the mattress is good quality, but getting to them was a struggle. We weren't shown where to go and had to walk around the whole building to reach room No 42 at the far end of the corridor. The front desk spoke only a little English and didn't understand much. There's no elevator, so you have to climb a huge staircase with your luggage. The hotel also can't accommodate disabled people and can't be expanded, in my view. Whoever designed it should be fired. Breakfast is at Batumi Restaurant beside reception. The buffet was rich, but having to pay for coffee seemed ridiculous.

We stayed one night. The staff quickly found us a driver at a good price when we asked for someone to take us around for 5 hours. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the staff helpful. Breakfast was OK. There's a big supermarket nearby if you're curious what it looks like in Nakchivan. Noah's Tomb is within waking distance. You're a little outside the town center, so there's less going on. In general, I'd recommend the hotel.

The service, rooms, and overall quality are top-level, with everything handled professionally and carefully. It's one of the best hotels to stay at in Nakhchivan, and I'd highly recommend it for business or leisure. The only downside is being a bit outside the city center, but that's a small trade-off for the comfort and value.
