Seymur really stood out during our hotel stay. His welcome was warm, and he was professional and provided excellent service, which made a big difference to our experience. The breakfast, location, staff, and service were all excellent, and I hope they keep up this level of quality. I've stayed in hotels across five or six European countries and in Turkey, and Shabran Wellbeing has been the best so far. Thank you very much!

It took local residents years to save up and pave the road to their homes. Heavy construction equipment for this hotel badly damaged the roads to nearby villages, and management has taken no steps to repair them despite making promises. The hotel promotes its location as a major selling point, yet seems to show no respect for the people who call the surrounding area home.

I liked the daily schedule, with activities for kids, aerobics, yoga, and more. The view and location are beautiful if you plan to stay on the property, though there wasn't much to explore nearby and I didn't notice a path into the forest. I think three days would be my limit. Aheng was okay, and service was generally fine, but we had to ask reception three times about the missing extra bed before they sorted it out. We stayed only a day and a half, so we didn't try every restaurant or activity, but we weren't excited to stay another day either. The hotel itself is very beautiful, and the spa and especially the massage service were good. If spa and massage are all you're after, you could choose this hotel. I did find three activities unnecessarily expensive: the Playstation room cost 30 manat an hour, and two of its three consoles weren't working. I honestly don't understand why it's a paid service. For the cinema room, you have to find a movie through your own Netflix or another website, then pay 5 manat per seat to watch it there. I think simple services like that could be free. Bike rental was 30 manat an hour, with only a limited number of bicycles. I don't mind other things being expensive if they're worth it, but those three charges didn't seem justified.
