Hotel Park Chalet, Shahdag, Autograph Collection

We came as a group of 35 and had excellent service across the hotel. Shamil at reception was especially helpful, and room service, organization, and cleanliness were all top-notch. The management was helpful, too. The food was delicious both morning and evening, and the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were all excellent. Every department's staff gets 10/10 from us. Nothing fell short, and we'll definitely return every year. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Thank you all!

The location itself is nice, and the room was pleasant, but the service fell short. Cleaning wasn't done properly when we came back to the room. When we ordered things, they were carried by hand without a serving tray, and there weren't any tissues. Breakfast was disappointing and below what I expected. The worst part was the loud music from what sounded like a restaurant or bar upstairs on our last night. It kept me awake until 12:00 AM. I called reception, but they hung up. A staff member eventually answered and said she'd check with the supervisor and call back, but she never did. This place is meant for families and relaxation, so it needs proper soundproofing. The hotel has a nice location, but the service isn't at the expected level.

The location is excellent, surrounded by mountains with a lovely view, and right next to aki slopes. Staff are polite and kind, and the rooms are nice and clean. Still, staff can get overwhelmed sometimes: we got only half of what we ordered, and waited half an hour for the restaurant bill. Also, the wiring, plumbing, or door had minor but frequent and annoying breakdowns.

Aishan, Seymurbey, Shaiq, Nijat. We had a pleasant experience, and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommend it if you're looking for comfort and quality service.
