The problem for me was the café bar downstairs, not the hotel. The waitresses were very unprofessional and had a terrible attitude toward customers. I wouldn't recommend going there for coffee.

Breakfast had a good selection, and there was always food available. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who was always smiling. My room was clean, though a little small, and the hotel is about two kilometers from the center of Banjaluka. Music from the bar downstairs was really loud on two evenings, but it was the New Year's holiday, so that's understandable.

I just came in for a drink. The waiters were incredibly rude, no hello, just “what do you want?” They didn't even say thank you. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

We only stayed one night and wished we'd booked longer. The staff were lovely and helped us park in the garage. I'd recommend using it: it's enclosed, the reception has a 24/7 camera view, and it stayed cool even though it was 37 degrees outside. We also got a free room upgrade, and the room was great with good AC. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly there too. It's close to a shopping center, bars, and restaurants. We'll definitely be back!

The rooms were spotless, and the beds were pretty comfortable. Everyone on staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was okay, and the coffee was good. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
