The reception team were welcoming and very friendly, always polite and happy to help with directions. We booked four separate rooms with breakfast for 17-20 August 2025, staying three nights at Garni Hotel Galeria. The place is small and cozy, with one floor and reception on the ground floor. Its secure underground garage was especially useful with our rental SUV. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though our mini fridge didn’t work and the air conditioning only ran part of the day, which was inconvenient in the summer heat. Breakfast was basic and limited, so I wouldn’t add it to the booking. There are plenty of cafés, supermarkets, and restaurants just a short walk away, and the location is very convenient. I’d recommend it mainly for solo travelers or short business stays looking for somewhere central and quiet. If you want full hotel services or luxury, it may not suit you, but it works well for budget-friendly comfort in Banja Luka.

The peaceful atmosphere and stylish interior made this a relaxing stay, and the hotel is close to the city center. My room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with lots of attention to comfort and detail. The staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived, and did their best to make everything perfect. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh, high-quality options. I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Galleria in Banja Luka, and would highly recommend it for business or leisure. I’ll definitely return.

I’d been so excited for this stay and expected something luxurious, but it was the complete opposite. The A/C didn’t work, and when we opened the windows to cool the place down, loud voices woke us up. The hotel minibars weren’t working either. I told the front desk the next morning they shouldn’t advertise amenities they can’t provide. They gave me a 20 euro discount on the room, but we still left disappointed and exhausted before our 19 hour flight home.
