I arrived late at night with only part of the money, and wasn't sure what the dorm price was. The owner let me stay for a little less so I wouldn't have to go out looking for an ATM. He was very kind and helpful.

We had paid for four nights, Monday through Friday morning, and told the owner we'd be away for two days in Sarajevo. After we came back Thursday night and went to sleep, the owner opened our room door at 7:50 on Friday morning, even though we'd locked it with the key still in the lock. How was he able to open it? When we asked, they said it was to check that everything was fine. It wasn't fine. At checkout they demanded 60 marks, or said we should have paid 144 euros when we arrived. No respect. Avoid this place.

Hostel Cuba was dirty, and the room was tiny. There were hairs in the bed from previous guests.
