I spent nearly two months here a few months ago and have lovely memories of both the place and the city. It's cosy and well located, with a kitchen and laundry. The reception was amazing, and the women there were really nice and made us feel welcome. Hvala puno! I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Banja Luka.

The rooms were clean, the location was perfect, and the staff were great. They were all so sweet to me and my dog, and the place is dog friendly. I couldn't recommend Hostel Hertz enough. We'll be back! :)

Hello, everyone. I live in Belgrade as a foreigner and came to this city to get my visa. I didn't expect the youth hostel to be such a good stay, but the polite staff and clean rooms really made me feel better. God bless you.

The location right in the city center worked well, and the host was kind. I had a spacious, spotless private room with its own bathroom, and there was enough room to keep my bicycle. The rate was very competitive. Thanks for everything!
