The location is great, but the hotel badly needs better management and guests are treated poorly. They allow incredibly loud live music inside the hotel well past 10 p.m., even when people complain. The tobacco smell throughout the place is disgusting too.

The location was great, and the restaurant staff were super helpful, so we managed to make the best of our stay. But the reception staff were anything but helpful. Even getting basic information about the hotel was a headache. Hearing "This is not my job" from the first staff member a guest deals with is unacceptable.

Breakfast was served from 6 to 10 a.m. and was great. The hotel is right in the city center, with clean rooms that could use renovation. The minibar was the best I've ever seen, it literally had everything. There are shops in the lobby, a taxi stand out front, and a cafeteria almost inside the hotel building.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is amazing, and the staff are ready to help with whatever you need. The portions are so large that you should expect more than you can eat. Hotel Bosna in Banja Luka is probably the city's best, with a perfect spot in the middle of everything happening.

The room was spacious and spotless, with daily room service, and the hotel has plenty of free parking for guests. It's right downtown, with lots of bars, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good, with the usual food, but I didn't like the way it was served. A little investment and more style could improve that. Still, Hotel Bosna is a nice place to stay, and I can recommend it.
