We’re vegetarians, so at breakfast we stuck to the bread and fruit. There was also sliced meat and cheese, plus yogurt. The room itself was neat, clean, and modern. Having two desks and chairs made it easy to set up our laptops. There’s no outlet in the bathroom, but there’s a mirror near one in the main room, which is useful for those of us ladies who need to do our hair.

You can walk to the city centre from here without any transport, and the prices are still very affordable even though it’s almost in the centre. It isn’t luxurious, but it has what you need. There’s no proper restaurant in the hotel, though meat lovers may like the barbecue grill attached to it.

The staff were really service minded, and breakfast was nice. Rooms were neat and clean, with fresh towels every day. Would I visit again? Absolutely.
