Breakfast was included and very good, with friendly service. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. We had air conditioning, a smart TV with channels, a fridge, a desk, and a hairdryer. Parking is available in front of and behind the hotel, and we could have left the car there before check-in if we had arrived earlier. The hotel is on one of the city's main roads, with a gas station next door that could be handy for a quick shop or fuel. There's also a bar in the hotel. We stayed one night and would choose it again if we return to Banja Luka. Everything was fine. Our room had a hanger stand instead of a closet, but that didn't bother us.

The staff made us feel welcome, and Bogdan deserves a special thank you for greeting us so warmly and making the stay pleasant. Our room was lovely and spotless, with cleanliness and comfort clearly taken care of. Breakfast was à la carte, delicious, and had a nice range of choices. We only spent one night in Banja Luka, but the hotel was another highlight alongside a city we really loved. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting.

We were very pleased with our stay, especially with how helpful and friendly the staff were throughout. The room we were first assigned wasn't specifically designed for wheelchair users, but the hotel kindly gave us a larger one with enough space for a wheelchair. The meals weren't buffet-style, yet waiter Bogdan made dining feel especially welcoming. His warm, attentive service helped us feel comfortable the whole time. Many thanks to him.
