The location was excellent and the staff were genuinely helpful, even though the place was cheap. Still, if we pay for something, we should get a decent room. Mine had two single beds, which is on me, but it smelled damp and I left the door open whenever I was in there. The floor hadn't been cleaned. Terrible. I won't be back.

The staff were nice, but not very helpful. Our rooms were never cleaned, and we had to ask for fresh towels and for someone to clear the plaster that had fallen. Staff also smoked indoors. The neighborhood felt poor and the hotel was within walking distance of the city center. We saw a man dealing drugs outside once, and the women in my family said they didn't feel safe there. The air was bad enough to make us cough at times. Everything smelled of cigarette smoke, sometimes masked with cheap air freshener, and our bathroom smelled of sewage. The place was very dirty. If you have asthma or a dust allergy, DO NOT GO HERE. The bed felt cheap and dirty, I could feel its springs, and I woke with neck pain, even though I'm 22. There was a leak in the main room ceiling and plaster fell to the floor. My parents' doorknob came off when they grabbed it. A strange closet held a pile of dirty blankets and pillows, a perfect place for dust mites and bed bugs. The AC and fridge worked, about the only good things. Our shower had no doors, so the whole bathroom got wet. There was no toilet paper holder, barely enough room to sit on the toilet without sitting diagonally, and the hot and cold taps were switched.

The beds were okay to me, since I bring my own pillow and blanket, but my brother found them incredibly uncomfortable. After the first night I woke with astonishing neck pain and couldn't turn my neck to the right. I had to take 2 paracetamol because it hurt so much, and I'm 17 years old!!! The Wi-Fi worked fine. DO NOT GO HERE. This deserves less than one star. The whole place smelled foul and felt like it was falling apart. Cheap air freshener, cigarette smoke, poop, and sewage all mixed together, with an unbearable rotten smell in the bathroom. When we arrived, all the staff were smoking inside, and it made me nauseous. A little wall scent dispenser didn't help. In one room the doorknobs came loose in your hand if you shut the door, and there was tape over the smoke detector. The sink tap sat below a badly fitted plank, so even opening it slightly sent water beside the sink. The other room had a dirty carpet. The toilet was so cramped you touched the wall when sitting, with no paper holder. The shower had no door and was too low to stand under. The hot and cold taps were switched around. We booked 2 rooms but were initially given one. After some discussion, we got the second room. One time we came back to find plaster fallen from the ceiling. My dad got the owner, who vacuumed it up, but another piece fell an hour later while I was watching a serie. My dad, a plumber, said there was a leak above; the guy said it was fine. One sliding window wouldn't close. There was a random closet-like thing in our room. Inside were gross-looking pillows and blankets thrown in a pile, like a whole ecosystem for bed bugs and dust mites. There were two refrigerators, but only one worked. You have to ask for clean towels instead of being given them as in a usual hotel. There was a drug dealer outside, which didn't feel safe. The AC looked ready to fall down, but at least it worked.

They let us park our bikes in a nearby garden so they’d be safe, and the staff were really, really helpful. The rooms are clean, and the enterprise is affordable.

The hotel looks like it's from the 80s-90s? Cigarette smoke was everywhere, and my room was dirty. Spend a little more and skip this place.
