Motel Korzo

Good value for the money, with basic, clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. It’s centrally located in Bihac, has a garage for bikes, and the staff speak English.

We came from Plitvice lakes, which is maybe 45 mins away. The hotel is right in the center of Bihac, and the rooms looked just like the pictures. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was fantastic for our family of 4, with eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, bread, cold meat and a cheese plate. I wish we’d had more time to explore Bihac, since our stay was short. One thing for anyone crossing the border: Croatia to Bosnia was very easy, but the way back was a long, slow line. Keep that in mind if you’re heading back to Croatia, though maybe we just hit a bad day, Saturday 6pm.

It’s called a motel, but it’s really a hotel, and good value in a central location. Breakfast was included, check in and check out were easy, and there were a couple of parking spaces behind the building. There’s a restaurant on site and a cafe on the pedestrian street. The room was pretty big for just me, and the bathroom had shampoo and a dryer. Would recommend a visit!

We stayed for two nights, arriving after dark, and could hardly find the hotel because the address we were given didn’t take us there. We later learned that you have to park and walk to it. The rooms looked okay, but we found several insects, including a centipede look alike on the floor and another bug on the bed. When we reported them, staff said we were lying about the first one and that the insect on the bed was normal. The staff weren’t very nice. On the second night I tried twice to ask an employee a question, but she ignored me. Breakfast was very basic and not that tasty, and the internet on the second floor disconnected every second or so and barely worked.
