The best in town.

We were four people but only had towels for three, and the balcony was filthy. They charged €15 a day for cleaning without cleaning at all, plus €5 a day for water, yet there was no water on our last day. The bathroom flooded after a shower because the spa was leaking downstairs. The price on Booking was hidden, and the business felt very impersonal. Catastrophic, avoid this place!

Their focus seems to be building apartments, not renting them out.
