The shower door was broken, and the remote had food stains on it. The toilet hadn't been flushed, and the mattress and sheets were dirty, stained, with hair all over them. The rooms were disgusting. Staff were unprofessional too, eating at the reception desk.

The place was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Receptionist Jovana was really nice and calm. She'd explain anything you needed and help out. Recommended.

We had booked two rooms and were told by the receptionist to arrive at 13:00h. When we got there, the same woman said we couldn't enter because some special guests were in our rooms and wouldn't leave until 17:00h. We had three children with us, it was 40 degrees outside, and we'd traveled five hours to get there. Nobody even called to warn us. We went to another hotel and won't be back. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Do not book!

The restaurant was closed in the evening, but we found an easy solution nearby. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely come here again.

The apartment was modern and the WiFi speed was decent. The omelette at breakfast was great, and the reception ladies sorted out some reservation issues quickly. But the man working at reception wasn't very professional or hospitable. He even claimed coffee wasn't included with breakfast, which left us with mixed feelings about the stay. Still, it was OK value for the price.
