The price was reasonable, and there were some good points: street parking on site, breakfast included, a café downstairs, quiet rooms, and only a few minutes' walk to the city center. Still, I was rather disappointed. I usually choose boutique hotels, but check-in and checkout both felt very slow. There was no hot pot for tea or coffee in the room, and the tiny window looked between two buildings, so the room felt like a jail. The new staff also seemed unsure how to deal with an English speaker. I was hoping for more.

My wife and I stayed at the Nea Hotel for the first two weeks of September 2022. Our room was spacious and immaculate, and the owners and staff made us feel like family while making sure our needs were met. It's right in the center of Brcko, so everything is accessible. I highly recommend Nea Hotel, and we'll definitely be back.

Although it's a small place right in the city center, the location is very quiet. The staff are pleasant and willing to meet whatever requests a guest might have. It works well for a visit to the city for business or tourism.

Bars, shops, and restaurants are close by, and the hotel is central. The room was tidy and clean, and the air conditioning worked well. It's a basic hotel, though, and communication was hard since no staff spoke English.
