In my honest opinion, the five-star reviews are fake. After a long drive, we got there at 10 pm in the rain, tired and desperate. The first hotel we tried was a bit too expensive for just a few hours of sleep, so we looked for somewhere cheaper and found this place. We rang the bell, and the person who answered didn't speak English. He showed us a run-down room that smelled. We felt desperate and said yes, which was our mistake even though all the signs said not to. After paying, we changed our minds. Two minutes later we asked for 75% of our money back, figuring they could keep 25% for the trouble. No. They returned only 25%, looked angry, then ran off and shut the door. I felt completely mugged. They may have had other, better-looking and more livable rooms like the ones in the photos here, but I think they chose to trick us. If you're not local, run!

We checked in at 5 am, and that was no problem. The owner also drove us around and showed us the city. A nice guesthouse with very nice hosts.

The staff are kind and helpful! For what you pay, there's nothing to complain about!))

The shared toilet was dirty, with feces and hair, and had no shower cabin. That was disappointing and a big reason for the low rating. Our room was dirty too, with crumbs and dirt, and hadn't been vacuumed. It was tiny for two and cold, with no heating at first. The heating only came on after three hours and worked for a few hours. The TV didn't work either, so we spent 30 minutes with the owner while he fixed it. On top of the agreed price, we were asked for another 20 KM, which was absurd. We had agreed to arrive at 7:00 PM, but waited 45 minutes for the owner to show up. The room he gave us wasn't what we'd agreed on. At checkout, we waited 10 minutes for him again, but he never came. Honestly, I don't know how this owner gets a 3.9 rating for this kind of service. I have photos of all of it, and my rating for this accommodation is absolutely zero.
