The water stopped completely in my room, so after a long day of travel I couldn’t even take a shower. I called the front desk several times, but there was no urgency and no one came to fix it. They just said someone would look into it. Check-in had already involved an unreasonable wait, and the front desk seemed uninterested in helping with basic questions. The room was so bad I felt uncomfortable using the facilities. The poor cleanliness and failure to deal with the water outage made this stay a disaster. I’d strongly advise people to stay elsewhere and spare themselves the frustration.

For a very reasonable price, you get breakfast and free parking, and the rooms are clean and spacious. It’s outside town, which works well if you have business on Sarajevo’s west side.

We were on the second floor, and the hotel was very clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they couldn’t have done more for us. Breakfast is in the ground floor restaurant, with fruit, drinks, coffee, hot chocolate, cheese, salami, sausages, bread and jam. They’ll cook eggs the way you like them, too. The location worked well for us, about 10 minutes from Sarajevo airport, and there’s a large parking area. We had a great stay and will come back when we’re in Sarajevo again.
