Our flight got diverted from Sarajevo to Zagreb without warning, so we couldn't make the booking. The owner kindly cancelled it without charging us. That was genuinely kind.

The owner, a woman who lives with her husband and two young daughters, was great. The apartment is in one house, with the owners living in another. It's clean and quiet, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom, and a big kitchen where you can cook. There's a patio for sitting outside in the yard, a Balkan burger place and several shops nearby, and a bus on the street. It's a quiet suburb. The owner speaks English fluently, so communication was no problem. For this standard, it was cheap. I paid 22 EURO for two people.
