Orange Hotel

At The Orange Hotel in the market, our room was comfortable and clean. We paid 65 euros a night with breakfast, which was really good and worth the price. We wanted to add a night, but there was no space, so they sent us to another branch four minutes from the market. That branch cost 45 euros per night without breakfast, and I didn’t like it at all. I don’t think a place just for sleeping should cost so much. They put us on the top floor, with no elevator, and the ruined buildings around it were unpleasant.

The manager working there from the 18th to the 20th was horrible. He was rude to my mother and bullied her because she’s Arabic, always speaking to her disrespectfully. Orange hotel Management should look into his behavior. He deserves to be fired.

The rooms were awful, and I found a cockroach in the bedroom. The people were rude, and they tried to charge us a tax we didn’t need to pay. They don’t deserve four stars. Music from the bar made it impossible to sleep. Don’t book here.

No hot water, no drinking water in the room, and they wouldn’t even allow kettles. The place was filthy, and the staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed very exploitative. Terrible hotel, not even worth one star. I’d never recommend staying here.
