We had to leave a day early because so many things went wrong. There was hot water on Saturday night, but on Sunday we had no water at all. Turning on the shower flooded the whole bathroom, making it practically unusable. We complained several times, but the staff were very unfriendly and rude. They said they were sending requests to maintenance, yet nothing was fixed and no solution or alternative was offered. The spa, pool, and saunas were in terrible, neglected condition, with a very foul smell throughout the spa. This was an extremely unpleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone. It doesn’t justify either its price or its rating. Avoid it at all costs.

The rooms looked perfect, and the reception service was very nice. The bar waiters were polite too, and I got a fruit basket after complaining about the cold shower water while it was -15 C° outside. Still, there was no hot water for my morning shower during my three-day stay.

One star is too generous. It was extremely dirty, and the staff and service were disgusting. Don’t waste your money here. Please don’t bring children to this place.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but there were no working sockets, no tea or coffee, and the bath was very dated with only lukewarm water. Dining was the worst part: it was a complete bun fight, and almost all the very poor food was gone within minutes. Awful hotel, avoid it.

Everything had been going well, but the parking security guard spoiled it with repeated rude harassment. I was driving my own car with my 85-year-old father. I stopped by the gate for no more than 20 seconds so my brother could help him get out. The road was empty, with no other cars, but the guard rushed over several times, rudely ordering me to move at once because stopping was prohibited. He showed no consideration for an elderly person. I also saw some people being allowed to stand and wait. I don’t know whether tips have anything to do with that. That small incident put us off coming back, even though my father was happy with this clinic. Respect matters above all. If Dr. Osama hadn’t treated us kindly, I wouldn’t have finished my stay here. I don’t recommend it at all.
