Breakfast was fine, and we got fresh towels and toilet paper every two days. But the room was never cleaned, there was no hair dryer, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room, even though it worked perfectly in the hotel restaurant. We had no hot water or heating, and the room was almost as cold as outside. The electricity was out for two full days.

The waiters were kind, and it’s a nice place. Breakfast and lunch were perfect, but dinner was terrible. I don’t know who was cooking at night, but it was the worst I’ve had in my life. It also felt strange to me that smoking is allowed in the restaurant, though I come from Europe.

A basic chicken meal took 50 minutes, and the staff kept passing responsibility from one person to another. It was cold in the restaurant, too. You need to keep your full winter gear on to stay warm. Avoid if you can.

The food was good, though we had to keep our coats on while eating. For half my stay, neither the heating nor Wi-Fi worked. The rooms, bathroom, and sheets were dirty, and the furniture was broken.

The location and view were great, and the staff were really friendly and lovely. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and breakfast was good. Heating could be better, there were only a few TV channels, and parking isn’t free.
